How can I place an order?

You will receive e-mails for every single step of the courier, so you will always be aware of the status of your order; in the e-mails you will receive you will also find a link that will allow you to follow every movement of your package until delivery; if you have any doubts or problems, you can contact our customer service.

Can I change an order that has already been placed?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of the actual purchase, after which you can no longer do so because the order has already been shipped or for organizational reasons.
